In-depth knowledge of the CPaaS industry and a strong understanding of AI applications within communications platforms (e.g., AI-driven IVR, chatbots, sentiment analysis, and virtual assistants).
Proven track record of successful AI product development and product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch.
